Presente in Svizzera, Regno Unito e Lussemburgo, il Gruppo è contraddistinto da un’impronta europea e realizza le proprie attività attraverso la sinergia delle 5 controllate Valeur SA, Valeur Capital Ltd, Valeur Securities SA, Valeur Concept SA e LinkedTrade Technologies. Il team di Valeur Group si compone di professionisti con un’esperienza media superiore ai 10 anni: le consolidate competenze permettono di garantire l’eccellenza nei servizi e nei prodotti offerti, nonché di definire soluzioni ad alto valore aggiunto con il fine di realizzare strategie di investimento personalizzate e in assoluta assenza di conflitti di interesse. L’ampia gamma di servizi e prodotti include differenti aree geografiche, classi d’attivo, stili di gestione e obiettivi. La crescita di Valeur Group ha consentito, in poco più di 10 anni, di sviluppare una solida struttura globale e ampliare al contempo le attività realizzate. Il Gruppo gestisce oggi un totale di attivi pari a 2 miliardi di euro, 20 fondi d’investimento (tra gestione e advisory) e ha stabilito relazioni consolidate con più di 25 operatori di mercato. È attivo in 4 Paesi ed è supportato da 18 professionisti esperti nel settore degli investimenti. Autorizzate dalle locali autorità di vigilanza finanziaria (FCA, CSSF), le società e le piattaforme di Valeur Group operano conformemente alla nuova normativa MIFID II. Il Gruppo condivide gli standard etici e professionali del CFA Institute e alcuni membri del team sono certificati come CFA Charterholders. Il Gruppo ha sottoscritto altresì i PRI - Principles for Responsible Investment, iniziativa ONU per l’integrazione dei principi ESG nella gestione dei patrimoni e degli investimenti. |
